We develop practical tools for mental healthcare - designed for real-life situations. Our work combines engineering precision with psychological insight to support emotional regulation, recovery, and long-term resilience.

The 1Aider team

Founded in 2024

Behind the company are two founders with complementary expertise.

Morten Rothmann, an engineer focused on human-centered solutions, and Jörg Albers, a psychologist with decades of clinical experience. Together, they recognized a gap between how mental health challenges are experienced - and how they are currently addressed.

The team is supported by Erik Møller, investor, advisor, and board member, who brings extensive experience in business development and contributes to shaping the company’s long-term direction.
